"This is the third time that I stayed at this hotel. This time I brought my mother and had to make a change at check-in due to the need to have a roll in bathroom for my mother's room. The staff changed the reservation for us which took some time as I booked on a third party site - I am done with third party sites as this is the second time I had an issue - but the staff was committed to making the change for me and they did.
