"Elaine graciously welcomed my niece and me and gave outstanding service throughout my stay. The property is located in the French Quarter on picturesque, quiet Chartres Street, a couple blocks from Bourbon Street and Jackson Square. Easy walk to the French Market, waterfront, shops, restaurants, several museums. It's a lovely setting with beautiful courtyard and pool. I enjoyed sitting on my balcony and taking in the views. I made minor suggestions, e.g., post signs on doors leading you to rooms and pool towels. Had a wonderful, relaxing stay, highly recommend!"

Though we didn't get to use it much, the gym was amazing. The hotel seemed very clean. With the skywalk, it was the perfect location for an event downtown. "
