"A couple of comments. I sayed in room 12 on the ground floor. The shower only was luke warm the couple of times I used it, despite adjusting. It was a little noisy from other guests during the night, as people came back to their rooms and left. The TV was a little unpredictable, with either only sound or not working. Close to Old Street tube, a great cafe and coffee shop nearby. But given the room rate, you can't really complain."

The only thing I miss was that the was no room Service and no phones in the room to Ring the reception and if u need any Assistant u will have to go down to the reception. The parking was not free and was very expensive . If u have to stay for a Long period of time it can be very costly."

"Everything was perfect except that the sofabed in the family room is really uncomfortable, you can feel the ridge where the fold to store it away is and the duvet for it was very thin and not very wide. The double bed was perfect. Breakfast was great."
