"The staff was helpful in arranging for early morning transportation to the airport and support with my luggage to my room. I had extra suitcases because I was traveling following a work event. I wish the rooms were slightly larger so that larger suitcases could open. However, the rooms were clean and felt new, which was nice and relaxing. Heat and lights are controlled by a keypad next to the bed. I had 1 overnight stay, so I didn't stay long enough to use all the amenities. It was easy to get...

"The room we chose for this part of our stay was huge in relation to normal Japanese hotel rooms. We were able to comfortably lay out our 4 suitcases to help pack our purchases for our journey home. This room even had a sitting area where you could relax. (Actually, this review is for the latter part of our stay, not for this part when we had a smaller room). "Cross hotel is a perfect location to stay near Dotonburi. After an 11 hour flight and an hour train ride, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff. Check in was quick and any toiletries you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, wash clothes, etc. were available in the open lobby area. Our room was tucked away in the corner with a view of the street facing Donki. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Comfy pajamas were provided. We were walking distance from all the famous tourist spots, train station, off the beaten path restaurants. We enjoyed this hotel and would rebooked when we return to Japan again. "
