"They are superb in customer service, the last day before going to the airport, they gabe us a bag with breakfast! Wow!"

"The location of the Radisson Red was great. Close to Atocha train station (express bus from airport runs to here), Prado Museum, the underground and bars and restaurants. The hotel has a youngish vibe to it although there were all ages there. It was modern, a bit undustrial and very black and red. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We had a superior room with terrace. Room was reasonable size with a very comfy bed. bathroom was modern, good size and clean. The terrace was huge with views. Loads of seating. The breakfast was good with a large choice. There were a few things you could have cooked to order too. The restaurant where breakfast was served was really nice. It wasn't too busy but I imagine it could get busy at the height of the season. We would consider staying here again if we return to Madrid."

"Good quality hotel. Central with easy access by metro from airport (1 change). Good selection for breakfast buffet. Rooftop bar with great views. All in all a good choice for a short break in Madrid."

"My experience was pretty good. The location is 10/10. The hotel was clean, renovated and staff very friendly. The bedroom has a nice decor and very comfy. They are still doing construction, and I’m sure the hotel will look beautiful once completed. "
