I am diagnosed coeliac and when l told them one waitress thought gluten free and coeliac were two different intolerances. When the manager was told , he bought me pages and pages of listings for me to check whether what l was ordering was g/f. Not very helpful! However breakfast was more understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. One person in every 100 according to the BBC this very morning are coeliac and small cafes and larger chains are now all geared up with g/f listed on menus, it’s about time Best Western got up to date with gluten free as well or someone could be very ill with the restaurant staff lack of knowledge about intolerances. "
