"The hotel is okay. Not the cleanest hotel, but not bad. They seem to charge extra for everything. $15 per night to park. $4 per package to receive mail. Fortunately, the beds were comfortable and the AC works well. I would consider returning if Sakura (next door) was completely booked. They are a much better hotel. Immaculately clean, newly refurnish. "

"We stayed for 5 days. They did not change towels/ sheets. We have to take out and change our own trash bin everyday. Same breakfast menu every single day. Will have to pay $25/ night for parking. "

"Overall, a nice stay Helpful staff. Very good breakfast buffet (even better than other Embassy Suites). Convenient location in Glendale near the malls. The only negative is that the property is showing its' age ( I believe some modernization is occurring). We had to call maintenance a couple of times to fix things. One of the elevators did not work our entire 8 day stay. The pool was closed for our entire stay. etc. "

"We always stay at the Hilton in Glendale when we travel to the Los Angeles area. Always a wonderful stay of convenience. The hotel is so clean with the extra amenities. The staff are always accommodating and display professional excellence. "
