"I love Lotte. I stayed in one of the Suites with club lounge access. The gym, the spa, and pool are wonderful. The men’s sauna and indoor pools are well maintained and cleaned regularly. "It was fantastic for us to have a large space (2 bed apartment) in the middle of our Vietnam trip. The hotel felt a little outdated though and the main bathroom flooded into the hallway and the poor hotel staff was on her hands and knees with me trying to mop up! It felt like the drain in the bathroom was uphill rather than down.... Location was fine for walking but tours would not pick us up due to not being in the old quarter, travellers beware! "Wound up staying for many more days than expected and can’t say enough about how nice a stay it was. Hotel du Parc was a sanctuary of peace and be calm in the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Far enough from the Old Quarter to get a feel for real Hanoi. The staff, from the doorman, to housekeepers and staff in the executive lounge all were wonderful and helpful in ensuring I was comfortable both at the hotel and in Hanoi in general. "

"This was a beautiful property. Staff and Service was excellent. The rooms were a bit small and dark, but lovely furnishings. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Good location, close to everything, but the entrance is located in an alleyway if that bothers you in anyway."
