"Wonderful stay, the owners are so nice. Our first night we went out to dinner and just happened to say we would look for a grocery store that had ice. All the stores were closed but when we got back there was a note saying “l’ve put a bag of ice in the freezer “. So nice. Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Easy walk into old Florence, would definitely stay again and will tell all of our friends. Even came out and waved goodbye to us when we left. 💙"

"I chose the Hotel David because they had parking and we were driving in from Orvieto. (Not many places with parking). What we found was a wonderful little hotel. It’s out of all the hustle and bustle of Firenze, but everything is easily walkable. The room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was just right. The free happy hour from 6:30 to 8:00pm is a great way to wind down the day. We had great conversations with other guests. I’d highly recommend Hotel David. "

"The room was clean and warm, and the shower temperature was right. The only thing was the noise. The fridge was making this loud booming noise at night, and traffic can be heavy at times, which can be disturbing for light sleepers. I would bring earplugs. "
