"Wonderful stay, the owners are so nice. Our first night we went out to dinner and just happened to say we would look for a grocery store that had ice. All the stores were closed but when we got back there was a note saying “l’ve put a bag of ice in the freezer “. So nice. Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Easy walk into old Florence, would definitely stay again and will tell all of our friends. Even came out and waved goodbye to us when we left. 💙"

They do go the extra mile to help with any question concerns and do have great recommendations for dinner as well as how to get around the city. Love this place and will give them not a 10 but a 12. "Hotel Ferrucci saved us. We had made the mistake of booking our other hotel for one less day than we needed and had to last minute scramble. Ferrucci was literally the only hotel with vacancy in the city and we snagged the last room. For that, I will be forever grateful. In terms of review, this place is definitely a budget option with a no-frills motel vibe and it's further away from the core of Florence. However, Florence is so walkable that it really isn't an issue and you can get to all the...
