"Beautiful view of the Smokies from every single balcony of the hotel and the soothing sound of the river beneath was lovely and very relaxing... We kept the balcony door open as much as we could. Breakfast is ok but needs more choices becuase with a 5 night stay it becomes boring. Great location, walking distance to many places. Housekeeping does a great job daily. We will return to this hotel soon! "

"I called 4 days before check in and requested a joining room with a friend that was staying here also. The lady I spoke with assured me that that would happen. Not only did that not happen we were no even on the same floor as our friend. My husband is handicapped and this made our stay very difficult."

"Clean room with a very comfortable bed. Nice big TV. The pool and hot tub were 24 hr which was a very nice bonus. Breakfast was great with lots of options and we enjoyed a few drinks at the bar. Lots to do nearby. We have no complaints."
