"Property is showing its age"

"This is such a beautiful hotel! I love Margaritaville hotels. It was upscale, clean, wonderful decor & smelled nice. Rooftop deck pool. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. You can walk to food, shopping, and attractions. It was awesome! Our room was very nice with a balcony overlooking a river. I was very impressed and definitely will be back. 5 star recommendation!"

"Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account. "

"The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!"

"Loved that the location is right off the river, right between the main strip of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Easy access to both towns. Enjoyed the 24-hour pool, so that no matter what time we arrived back at the hotel, we could still visit, relax, and unwind at the end of the night."

"Totally evjoyed our stay, we had 16 people total and plenty of room and beds to spread out, a porch on each level helped out. Enjoyed evey amenity the cabin had to offer. Great host, we got in late and they even answered our call at 12am, concerning a tree across the roadGreat people"
