"Great place to stay!"

"Every thing was great.the pool was really nice but the hot tub went down at around 10:00.the room was nice and comfy.The breakfast was good so was lunch.the elevators looked really cool too.the slide was cool too.I also liked the view at the tenth floor. "

"The property was private - next cabin was several yards away. The directions to get the cabin were very poor. Had to stop and ask how to get there. The carpeting in the cabin had stains, the TV reception was poor, the internet connection was extremely slow. Loved the privacy!!!"

"We love going here every year! It’s a wonderful place for everyone in the family. I do want to share a little advice for newcomers as I wish I had, had on our first visit. Be prepared with food and drinks when you arrive especially at night because there is no place to grab a drink or snack. The closest available convenience store or place to get any of those items is about 3-4 miles back down the road going into Pigeon Forge. Be prepared to do a lot of walking from your vehicle to your room as...

"Mary was not nice when checking on reservations. She should have contacted a manger but didn’t but that’s ok, we called back and spoke with others who contacted the manager and they did us right. Other than Mary, our stay was excellent! Great getaway for family and we all enjoyed it. I would have given a 5 star rating if I hadn’t had to deal with her. Thank you!"
