"Very clean hotel with friendly staff, close to restaurants"

"It is a beautiful resort, exactly as described. We were pleased with the cleanliness and the ease of parking. The carts are located in the lower level for getting your luggage to your room. We did not use the spa services or the pools so I cannot comment on that. The only draw back was the walk-in shower had limited water pressure and one of the shower heads was not working very well. Hopefully that was fixed. I would book again because we felt really safe and like the idea of no one being in...

"I do think they should check plumbing or at least keep plungers in the rooms. Our toilet acted like it took so long to flush Friday night and Saturday it wouldn’t go down and acted stopped up. We couldn’t use it Saturday night "

"Our reservation was messed up when we arrived. The gal at the front desk brought her Manager up front with her and together the reservation was resolved. Outstanding customer service!"

"From the time we checked in, everything was perfect. The staff extremely helpful and very hospitable. The hotel was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"It was a great stay. The kids especially loved that the indoor pool and lazy river stayed open til 2AM! Only thing that was disappointing was that the breakfast wasn’t available during our stay bc the worker didn’t show up, but I realize that was out of their control."
