"The floors in kitchen were pretty dirty and appeared to be from prior stay. Fridge seal was broke upon arrival . Walls were pretty dirty and banged up . Otherwise it was a great place to stay for our larger group besides some of the cleanliness issues above "

"Clean, well equipped large living spaces and thoughtful host touches made this rental one of our favorites so far! Within 10-15 minutes from most major attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We loved visiting with our dog. "

"Came into town with a family of 5. I booked the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom and there was a bonus half bathroom so everyone had their own space. My parents and siblings were impressed with the cleanliness and it seemed the host thought of everyone to keep guest comfortable. Definitely plan on staying here again on my next trip to Memphis. 10/10 would recommend!"

"We had a girls weekend in Nashville and stayed in this wonderful condo. The beds were so comfortable and the space was perfect. After the craziness of Broadway, it was so nice to come back to a peaceful place. Communication was great when we *thought* we had an issue."

"This place was a great spot to stay for our first trip to Nashville. Close enough to downtown, and also very close to the up and coming bars and restaurants in Wedgewood. It is a long term apartment where they’ve started renting out some of the top floor units as hotel rooms/short term rental style stays. It’s important to note that there isn’t 24/7 desk staff - when our flight was delayed we were a little worried that we would miss check in but it all worked out. Communication from the...
