Villas in Tennessee

"The property is great. Large kitchen. Bedrooms spaced out with plenty of bathrooms. 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers. Very nice stove. Beautiful views. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning crew needs some supervision - large cobwebs, dirty light fixtures. Etc. But linens counters and facilities were clean. Would stay again. "

"House was very nice, but not in an area safe to walk right from the house. Also, please note there’s no table for sitting and eating. Just a countertop with three barstools. So our group of 10 could not sit and eat together. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms that were great for the group. Everything was comfortable and very clean and updated. The walls are a little thin. You can’t hear other people walking around and in the bathroom. Overall enjoyed our stay."

"Wonderful stay! Host was wonderful, very accommodating. The property is very close to Gatlinburg and all amenities. Would stay here again. Kids loved the waterpark and infinity pool. "

"I don't like to give bad reviews. But the shower had very low pressure. For a big man like myself, it was very hard for me to get a good refreshing shower. That's about the only thing I have to criticize. Other than that our vacation was fine..."

"I had three generations together to celebrate my wife and my 80 birthday year. It worked out perfectly. The teenagers loved the house and lake. We utilized all the rooms. The fact that all 16 of us could sit down to eat a meal at one long table was really special (we couple the table for six to the table for ten). The owner was extremely accommodating, responded quickly to any questions. He was the most engaged owner we have ever dealt with at VRBO. We absolutely loved our stay!!!!!"

"I rented through Expedia. I received different communication on villa number via email and Expedia. First, villa 12, then 8, and finally 2. Called contact number for guidance and did not receive a call back….ever. I received a different communication through VRBO, which I didn’t rent through, with the corrected info. There were 3 WiFi login and passwords , each different via the instructions in the welcome book, to instructions on the fridge, and on the router itself. Finally received login info...

"We had 19 people staying here, we rented units 10 & 11! We had 9 couples and one single person and the accommodations were perfect! We highly recommend! The location was great, close to everything! Extremely clean and the host was easy to get ahold of! Check in was a breeze! Stocked with so much! Extras of everything, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee etc! Just bring your food and drinks, they have everything else! Roof top was awesome!"
