"The hotel outwardly looked decent...BUT the floor was dirty. The tub had multiple hairs and mildew. The TV was tiny and the remote half way worked. There was trash under the bed and food splatters in the microwave. The final straw causing us to FORFEIT our PAID FOR vacation stay was the discovery of ROACHES on the wall and under the bed. The office was closed at 8:30pm with a phone # posted to call for emergencies. We called. The lady was hateful and refused to help. She actually hung up on us....

"Parking is great and pretty convenient- right in front of the building and very close walking distance to the main strip. Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold). Initial impression of the unit was nice- lots of space. Everything seemed clean other than a stained sheet, which looked like foundation, but was still a little off putting. "Not terrible for the cost… we expected a lot nicer place but once checked in they let you know there’s no breakfast due to construction l… pools drained looks depressing this time of year, coffee stains in hallways and stairs, elevator broke everyday for a few hours, had to use house shoes while in the rooms…"

"Our stay is always great here but I Prefer the rooms around the pool it’s easier for my husband and I but they were working in that area. The mattresses were good but the bed frame terrible it was made out of metal and made popping noises every time you moved. This is new, never had that before."
