We mentioned it was our anniversary at check in and they upgraded our room for us. The hotel itself is beautiful and impeccably clean. "Our stay at the keating hotel was ok . The customer service was amazing!!! Our room was dirty dusty and super small expected more since the photos online looked so fancy and clean . The location was also great and close to all the bars ."

"The staff was amazing!!! Our room ended up being smaller than we expected and the staff was super friendly and willing to help us out and offer us a bigger room. It’s the perfect location with so many option right when you walk out of the hotel. The streets are full of people and they close the streets to allow people to walk around and it feels super safe. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again!"
