"Staff were very friendly. There is always someone there 24/7 at the front desk. It is a busy street on Nelson so it does get really loud at times on the Main Street. Cleanliness was 3.5/5 because the room looked a bit old and the restroom had marks and stuff on the walls. Place is walkable to all the main shuttle walks to Hyatt for whistler, sea to sky gondola, and all the major tourist locations. You don’t rlly need to uber or Lyft if you’re okay walking around for 20-30 min. Staff were very helpful and always had everything in hand when requested. Would not stay here if you have a family. "
