"Once it was closer to our checkin date the hotel was very communicative and very accommodating. We were able to park our car at the hotel earlier than our room was ready and then keep our bags in a room off the lobby. We were able to have a slightly later check-out which was also helpful. "

"A bit of a mixup tegarding my request for twin beds. They initially put us in a room with a queen when the booking clearly said twin beds. It did get sorted out. Had to ask for a frying pan as none existed in the room Parking is an issue. The listing needs to make it clear that parking is only available in nearby garages"

"Is excellent for everything that is required for a short stay, location, cleanliness inconvenience. The key pick up was easy, only a block away, and it was an easy 10 minute walk from the train and only a 20 minute walk to BC place. The accommodations were nothing fancy, but of what you’re looking for is a central location to explore the city with a full kitchen and comfortable bed, this would be an excellent choice. "You couldn't ask for a better spot, steps from Broadway in Kitsilano but on a quiet street. Hosts were fantastic communicators, very accommodating, and made extra effort to make us comfortable. Our only note - it's a bit smaller than the pictures show, the kitchen/living room areas are a little bit snug for 4 adults - we were two couples and the weather was too chilly to comfortably make use of the outdoor table and chairs, so we couldn't all sit together at the small table to eat, or on sofa to...

"My friend and I stayed at this nice apartment as our hub to explore various areas in Vancouver. We picked the right place in right location! The apartment was close to bus stop, train station and many shops. The apartment had everything we needed and so clean. If you are new to Vancouver and want to stay near the center of all things, I recommend this place! "

"Very comfortable apartment and close to great restaurants, the beach and Stanley park. Communication was great and it was easy to find the key and get into the apartment. We appreciated having a parking spot in their gated area. We would definitely stay there again."

"Lorraine and her dogs were super kind with us and our puppy. Lorraine gave great tips about good places to visit and eat. It was great to relax some days in her place. The private hot tub is awesome! "

"This place was perfect for us. It has everything we needed. But the listing as new is a little deceptive. It may be a new listing but the walls, baseboards, door frames7 and doors are filthy. There is a missing light fixture and we couldn't get the outdoor patio light to work. But other than the "new" misnomer, we were very happy with this stay. "
