"Hotel was a little difficult to navigate due to the disjointed layout (i.e. check in on 11th floor and then you have to switch to another elevator. I know this does not seem so difficult. But, I am disabled and on 24hr oxygen. The walk was horrible. But, Kaye and Josh were my angels. Room service SUCKS!"

"Great location!! Right in back of the Cathedral and steps away from Bourbon street. I was amazed by how quiet it was at night. Traveled with kids and they slept well. Staff was fantastic!! We’re staying here again when we come back!!"
