"Location is fantastic. Able to walk all around the French quarter. We had 4 rooms and some were quieter than others. Inside courtyard is the quietest. Restaurant had GREAT food but the service wasn't the best at breakfast time. One room didn't have hot water and one didn't have a working safe but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."

Our bed covers had brown staining on it on the bottom corner. The shower pressure is really good, however, the water would flood so we had to take the cover out and it’s pretty nasty in there.
