The staff is amazing. Coming back to the hotel every night felt like being welcomed home. The room with the balcony was absolutely charming and perfect. The beds are very comfortable. Vacherie restaurant on the ground floor was our favorite breakfast place. The area around the hotel is fun and lively and the courtyard is a quiet place to relax. We loved our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The front desk and valet parking team were fantastic. They were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The only thing that made us a bit uncomfortable was a maintenance guy who hung around in the lobby. He was a little pushy about offering a tour and suggested we leave our bags by the elevator, which felt a bit odd. He even asked for our room number, which made us a bit uneasy. But aside from that, the valet staff and front desk truly made our experience special. Joseph, the valet attendant, was particularly nice and helpful with our bags. The hotel was peaceful and conveniently located near everything we wanted to explore. I would absolutely stay here again if I find myself back in the area!

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was amazing from check in to having our taxi outside the door when we were ready to leave. Quiet courtyard complete with balconies overlooking. A charming and comfortable place to stay if you want to be treated like royalty.
