Overall it was fine. Staff were friendly especially at the bar. Chrome cast didn’t work in the room and our view was of the back of another building. The noise from the hallway is pretty loud throughout the day which could be annoying. Would I rush to stay again? No but it wasn’t the worst hotel either.

We were there to stay for the Sugar Bowl. The Bourbon Street attack happened earlier that morning. We were grateful to check in early and greeted by very friendly staff. Police were everywhere but the stay was quiet. Delicious breakfast. Super cool bar. Great pool table. The staff handled the tragedy w class and compassion. We stayed an extra night due to the game postponed and they were great. Able to rebook our same room. Highly recommend!

Great location. Walkable to everything. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great at the hotel and our server was very hospitable wish I could remember his name. The only complaint I have is that we went to the bar to grab a drink and a bite to eat. No one ever came to greet us. Sat for about ten minutes and left. There were other people at the bar with drinks and food so maybe the server /bartender had stepped out. But overall we had a wonderful experience.

Great Stay!
From the minute we walked in. Staff immediately greeted us and were very friendly. We even got a complementary goodie bag. We stayed for Halloween and we have no complains. Room was extremely clean. Food was delicious and we will be back again.
