"The staff were both friendly and customer focused, the hotel was always clean and tidy. I only gave a 4 star rating for condition of facilities as the second lift was out of order for our whole stay, which was a real inconvenience on occasions due to the number of residents."

"The stay was amazing love the hotel but I was not too happy with being being charged for a canceled room with in minutes of the reservation one of my guys had already left because we were not sure if they had any rooms available hotels .com charged me for a cancelation"

"Lacked atmosphere and dinner on the 1st night was poorly presented. Few personal products provided in bathroom. Room large and view good with nice pool area. Breakfast good. Reception staff not friendly although manager very good on the 2nd day helping to clear tables. Lots of dogs in the hotel."
