"The room was great! But there was NO ONE at check-in! You have to check-in with a guy on a computer screen. It’s terrible… it’s very impersonal. My particular check in person never smiled. He seemed like he hated his job and that was my first impression of the hotel. Thankfully the room was nice. "

"There was a staff person at the front desk when we checked in but were directed to the kiosk for check in. Sometimes the person was difficult to understand. At check out (kiosk) I was told I would receive an emailed receipt but never received one."

"Property was welcoming. Staff was nice. Alil too much noise going on in the hallways with other guest leaving their rooms shutting their doors and you can hear noise from other side the walls. But, over all experience including the breakfast was good! "

"when I first arrived I was nervous because there was a lot of damage to surrounding properties. But rooms were great and all the staff was excellent. There were two bars on the beach and sitting areas on the beach. They close by 10pm, so no issues with late music. Excellent vacation!!!"
