"Close to the airport. First floor room smelled a bit musty. Thankful for the dehumidifier. Overall the check-in/check-out was okay but would prefer a human behind the front desk. Breakfast was good. Thank you."

"Location, very clean and wonderful breakfast. One disappointment I ask about laundry and lady at the front desk said "on the third floor." I received no layout of the property, so I couldn't find the laundry, ask a housekeeper and she showed me location. Then after I finally entered I fou d out I had to buy laundry soap in the office, another trip"

"Property was clean and comfortable. All appears new/newer. TV was huge - nice. Amenities were great. Guests above me sounded like elephants late at night, but I was too tired to complain, lol :) I will def stay here again."

"My only complaint was the front elevator was out of order so everyone had to walk all the way to the back of the hotel to use that elevator. "

"Althought my reservation included parking they tried to charge me $20/day and also charged me almost $2000 on my credit card saying it was for "incidentals" and I spent an hour having to argue with them to get it reversed. Then when I checked out they STILL charged me for parking and had to reverse it even though they said they would the day I checked in. We called the front desk for some toiletries THREE times before they delivered them to our room."
