"Great stay overall with a few hiccups. The property is beautiful and lively, with an elevated lobby level and a welcome margarita on arrival—a nice touch. Check-in was a bit awkward, as the receptionist seemed unsure and constantly sought confirmation from colleagues. Our room was clean, quiet, and matched our booking (2 queens, no upgrade available).
