"I have zero negative things to say about this property. I'm picky; I want a clean, quiet, updated stay and this condo checks every box, plus there's a gorgeous beach right outside. I wasn't sure that I would like the studio layout, but it was great for the two of us. The blinds block the outside light and the kitchen lights are so that they don't flood the bed with light. "The location was great. It is located in walking distance to the beach, had parking in front and close to Sanibel Island. We didn't have time to take advantage of the kayaks, grills in the back, or bicycles, but these were great offerings. It had what we needed. Overall a lot of offerings for a decent price. "

"At first glance I was defiantly worried but it wasn't bad. on the same lines as maybe a red roof inn. However they could supply you with a blanket. The top bedspreads should never be touched so when you take that off the bed its just the sheet"
