Spectacular Sunsets with Direct Gulf views, Pool, 11th floor, WiFi

Gorgeous direct beach views from our renovated condo in building C. Come and enjoy the large heated pool with luxurious sun deck for crowd-free sunning or sports activities. Access to the beach is only a few steps after you exit the building. We provide Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items. From your balcony, view many species of colorful birds to see such as pelicans, egrets, osprey, and herons as well as dolphins swimming in the surf. Tennis and Pickleball courts are available to those who enjoy those sports. Take early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the sand of this most beautiful beach. Beach sunsets are too beautiful to describe! There is a beach renourishment project scheduled for Mid December which will extend the beach 250 feet!!

We Provide:

Beach Towels, Chairs, Umbrella, and Cooler and a beach wagon to carry those items.

We are located across the street from Santini Plaza which has some shops open and and soon will have multiple Shops, Bars, and Restaurants. The Fort Myers Beach Farmer’s Market has returned to Santini Plaza with hours of the market are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. A CVS pharmacy & 7-Eleven are open at this time which are about 100 yards from our complex. Publix grocery store is open 2 miles to the north and Junkanoo and Fresh Catch Bistro are behind on the back bay behind Publix. These are favorite of ours when we visit.

Our unit is probably the only condo that has a separate A/C unit in the bedroom which is really needed in the summer months. Please notice the difference between the views of our unit and some of the other units also advertised in VRBO. You don't have to look sideways to have water views.

Laundry room on main floor uses quarters or download the app and pay with a credit card.

Property amenities include heated pool, BBQ grills, tennis / pickleball courts and shuffleboard.



We rent Saturday to Saturday except for Summer months. Also, our condominium association requires a minimum of 7 days rental. Address of property is 7360 Estero Blvd, Fort Myers Beach, 33931

Beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching from the balcony! We arrived 2 days after the storm surge from Hurricane Helene. The hosts were in regular communication ensuring the property was ready for us on arrival. The building maintenance did a fantastic job restoring the place to normal after the storm. We had a wonderful stay! The condo was tidy and clean, which is very important to me! The place was supplied with everything we needed from spices to kitchen gadgets. The shower was spa like. The view was amazing! We couldn't stop gazing out over the Gulf. The pool was great and the people (other vacationers and staff of building) were friendly. My husband and I stay a week and absolutely fell in love with the area. The condo was amazing and had everything you could think of. Basically just had to bring our clothes and food. Well worth it! The view was amazing, we were able to see manatees, dolphins and turtles from our balcony. The area was not too busy, some construction still going on to rebuild but nothing that made our visit bad. Very friendly area. Highly recommend.

The property is in a great location. The 11th floor gives a spectacular view of the Gulf. We saw dolphin every day. We saw manatees on 3 days right along shore. Unit was clean and tidy. There are chairs, umbrella noodles etc for the beach. The pool is very nice with lots of seating around it. We would go back in the future.

We loved our stay. The place is exactly like it looks in the photos. We saw dolphins swimming by every day. Mike, our host, responded almost immediately to all my questions before our arrival and also during our stay. Five-star host! Mostly, we brought everything we needed like Shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, after sun, lotion, aloe, etc., but we found all of the same items under the sink in the bathroom. I found everything we needed in the kitchen too. We stopped and bought our own food, but were happy to find salt, pepper, spices, etc. in the kitchen cabinet. And in the bathroom closet, all the fun stuff: beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, games. We really appreciated all the extras.

The condo was as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice and clean. Very cozy. Mike was very attentive to any questions. One of our sons surprised us for my husbands birthday. Which made our stay even better! Met some wonderful people on the beach. Still construction in the area, but that didn’t take away from our trip. We would recommend this condo and may even stay again. We were very satisfied. Vacations are hard to come by with our professions. Was nice to enjoy ourselves.

This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.
