"Spent an extra $170 a night for a beachfront room, which was not beachfront. The only “beachfront” rooms are labeled premium beachfront, not just “beachfront”. It’s tricky and the pictures of the rooms specifically don’t show you the view. Additionally, arrived at the property at 2:30; didn’t get a room assigned until almost 6pm. A room key is required to lift gate. I pressed the button to call into front desk and was hung up on. I had to call from my cell phone to have someone let me in after giving my name.
