This was such a a nice place. Beautiful gulf view with a balcony. Staff was absolutely amazing! Especially Bella, who checked us in. They made our honeymoon so special. The only issue we had was our heater would not turn off and the parking garage has low hanging sprinkler pipes that made it impossible to get out with a big truck.

Housekeeping is getting this hotel reputation going down.My room wasn’t cleaned up, found sand and others people hair on my bed, the shower had a lot of different hair and faucets really dirty, I am pretty sure it wasn’t cleaned, the hotel was almost empty.Is a nice property but needs a massive renovation of the housekeeping staff as per my understanding a lot of guests are complaining about it.
