"This property was perfect for our 50th birthday celebration girls trip! The communication with the host and on site concierge staff was Amazing! The daily housekeeping was a nice touch. Chabely and Miriam were so wonderful to work with. They helped us with airport transfers, private chef dinners, excursions, receiving our grocery delivery, anything we needed! "We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own."

"This was a cute place to stay. It is a little far from the Tulum nightlife and we paid $25+ for each taxi which got a little expensive. So if you plan to go out at night to rosanegra or chambao, this place is not too far but the taxi's will cost a lot. To get to the beach rent a bike and it will be a morning adventure."

"Beautiful place but the experience was not as listed. •Communication with host was not good experience we had multiple things happen and couldn’t get answers. • The doors fell multiple times even hurt one of the guest we were with •The waterfall did not work the pool was not as clean as should’ve been •Roaches were crawling everywhere •Rooms were hot when we arrived. The guy Miguel was GREAT! He tried his best to accommodate us."

"The hosts were amazing. The property was exactly as shown on VRBO. The Casa De Las Palmas was beautiful and perfect for our party of 9. Also, the taco stand on property was probably our favorite food in Tulum. Would definitely recommend staying at Mahayana."
