"The property is absolutley beautiful and the place was very clean. The road is unpaved and pretty rough, but short drive from the main road. Lots of new construction in the area so there was quite a bit of noise, but that will improve over time. When i booked it said the unit would have a private plunge pool,but ours did not. However, theres plenty of rooftop pools to choose from that were always empty, so I wasnt to disappointed. Confirmation and instructions on how to get into the unit didnt...

"This place is a hidden gem, allowing guest to escape into the jungle with secluded privacy, serenity and excellent bird watching! The rooms are just as pictured and had great amenities (individual hot water heater, AC units in all rooms, private plunge pool, screen doors to enjoy nature, and a jacuzzi - though not heated as Expedia advertised due to a mistranslation). When we 1st came to the property there was no line no wait but when we got to the room the sheets were okay the bathroom was dirty and the toilet seat was broken falling apart (it did when we left) also. There was just dust everywhere. the door of our room DID NOT WORK they actually had to change the battery or lock on our door to fix the key. That made me feel unsafe. "We had a great experience with our stay. When we arrived to the property everything was very clean. They allowed us to drop off our bags before check in which was a plus because we had an excursion planned and didn't want to carry our bags in our vehicle. I highly recommend this place."

"The condo is nicely located in Alden Zama. You are in walking distance of everything. We did not rent a vehicle, bicycle or moped for our month stay. Taxi’s would take you to the beach for about $14-$17USD. The area is very safe and heavily populated with lots of pedestrian traffic. The condo has everything you would need for a long term stay. Walter was very responsive at anytime"

"It was a truly wonderful experience! I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views. The staff was amazing, with Raul leaving a special impression on our hearts—he really went above and beyond. The facilities, including the gym and meditation spaces, were excellent. I also appreciated the beach shuttle to nearby beach clubs. Niki at the front desk was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation. Overall, a fantastic stay that I highly recommend!"

"The property look amazing, super clean & fresh Location is perfect, with easy access and close to local attractions and restaurants The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable Had the Studio with a private pool on the roof top, OMG the experience especially on the sunset I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay "

"Location is great walking distance to Ven a la luz sculpture. Perfect beach front property, depending on tide conditions of course. Loved having room pool front, I will say given that the pool was open until 10pm I don’t quite understand why they started the cleaning at 9pm just when I was planning to go in which impeded us from using it and we were there only one night which kind of sucked, especially with ocean conditions and high winds. Very cute boutique hotel, well worth the price I might add. But it’s definitely a you get what you paid for scenario in Tulum with its prime location. "

"The location was ideal for biking to downtown or the beach. It is a small property with a great staff. A superstore is within a block of the hotel and we were able to stock the mini frig with cold drinks. Many food options within a few blocks. I would recommend this hotel and it was perfect for our needs. "
