"Location is great walking distance to Ven a la luz sculpture. Perfect beach front property, depending on tide conditions of course. Loved having room pool front, I will say given that the pool was open until 10pm I don’t quite understand why they started the cleaning at 9pm just when I was planning to go in which impeded us from using it and we were there only one night which kind of sucked, especially with ocean conditions and high winds. Very cute boutique hotel, well worth the price I might add. But it’s definitely a you get what you paid for scenario in Tulum with its prime location. "

"The location was ideal for biking to downtown or the beach. It is a small property with a great staff. A superstore is within a block of the hotel and we were able to stock the mini frig with cold drinks. Many food options within a few blocks. I would recommend this hotel and it was perfect for our needs. "
