"Very beautiful house"

"I was disappointed at the cleanliness. It seemed as just the bare minimum was cleaned. There is quite a bit of mold in every window and in the bathroom. The bathroom had cobwebs and multiple spiders. the shower and sink had pink mold as if it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The baseboards and around furniture had thick dust built up. "Don't know how I found this holiday cottage, but I'm so glad I did. In a perfect location for visiting the Cotswold towns, this holiday let is superb. A real home from home, it's decorated and furnished to a very high standard, and everything you might need is provided. A real gem, and we hope to return."

"Unfortunately the property was not what we were expecting. The approach was untidy and unkept. The cottage itself was dirty. We had to eat out the entire time as we would not use the kitchen. The oven was disgusting. There was no shower. The bathroom filthy. Generally the property was in need of some TLC and a proper clean. We were very disappointed with this property. We called the host on arrival. But never had a reply. We should have stayed in a hotel."
