We didn't see anyone at all throughout our stay other the cleaner on the morning that we were checking out. Maybe because it wax Christmas Day and Boxing Day. "

"It was easy to book and checking in was easy once I found the right phone number. I had many emails confirming booking and one of the phone numbers listed took me to an irate gentleman who had not been involved with the hotel for 2 years. Need to check that all numbers are valid. The room was very nicely furnished and presented but the blind was impossible to raise so no natural daylight available. "Stayed in the balcony room, was absolutely fantastic, so spacious and comfortable, had a mini kitchen with microwave and all equipment you could need for a short stay. Excellent location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking available outside, approx £4 for 2 hours, but from 6pm - 8am it is free, we got up at 8am to put a ticket on just in time before the Traffic Warden arrived so be aware of this. Only issue we had was that you are unable to control the heating in any way. Room was cold...

"Good place for the price. It's unstaffed so you'll have to make a phone call to pay for your room and get the code for the self-service locks. Only facilities I found lacking was the fact that there wasn't a single mirror and I had to buy my own."
