"First time we have stayed at the hotel and it’s safe to say we were not disappointed. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming and the hotel’s facilities are excellent. The breakfast is really good and there is plenty to choose from, also the free secure parking is excellent and an added bonus. The restaurant is excellent and they have some great offers on for residents, the hotel offered a New Year’s Eve party special which was a 3 course meal with a glass of Prosecco and was very well...

"The grounds and the main part of the hotel were excellent as were the staff. The only disappointment was the fridge in our room the motor of which kept kicking in on a regular basis. "I stayed here a few nights ago, no issues at all, my room was clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Every interaction with staff members was pleasant. My only tiny issue is and it may be my fault just as much - but the signage to the property isn’t fantastic and even though I know the area very well with living there for 8 years and I missed the turn off in thick fog granted, but it can be misleading. Apart from that issue I cannot fault the place "
