We had a bit of a hiccup the night we checked in (our plane was delayed so we got in a bit late) - the room power didn't turn on and the staff just told us we put the keycard in wrongly - we didn't, all the power was out in the room, including the doorbell. Anyway he swapped rooms for us and we had no further issues. Staff on the second and third day were absolutely wonderful and made up for the poor service during check in. Staff on the final day assisted us in organising pickup/delivery of a package, and told us it was all part of the service. 100% will be coming back here again, it's walking distance to convenient trains, shopping and more importantly - really good food. Thank you!"

"As expected from a top-tier hotel. Not beyond expectation. The staff is excellent, and the club lounge is big, but there are too few canapés and food offerings. The view from my room on the 50th floor is excellent. It is a city view with one part that can see the park. The room is spacious and has a big sofa and a working table. One flaw I experienced is that I heard a knock, or a kind of hammer knock, 2-3 times at night and in the morning. It may have come from other floors since I opened the door and saw nothing. I can feel that the room is not great in terms of soundproofing. "
