"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. "I stayed here twice and both times the lobby, rooms, dining, and pool area were all extremely clean and pleasant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful! (I event went to another Four Points location by accident before checking in here, and the staff there very kindly redirected me to this location.) The hotel also stored my larger bags for a few days for free while I went on a weekend trip to Phuket."

I was there over the Loy Krathong Festival and they taught me how to make my Krathong to float in the pool. The pool is lovely, and large enough to swim laps.
