"Beautiful accomodations. Service was quick and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. Most all are proficient to fluent in English. Hotel is located by the embassies and other corporate/financial centers. There are a lot of conveniences that come with this. Especially if you need to purchase an item of clothing or the like. The hotel is a bit removed from the cultural experiences I came to Bangkok for specifically, but it was still a wonderful stay. If you are traveling for business this is an easy recommendation. If you are comfortable with a 20-40 minute drive (depending on the time of day) to get to most cultural sites then you would not go wrong with this hotel. "

"We booked a Tower Club Suite River View with Lounge. It was absolutely amazing. We were booked for the 52n floor but was upgraded to the 58. The room was just amazing together with the views. Everything you could possibly want, down to tea/coffee and all toiletries. Food in the Tower Club was 100% and breakfast in the Mozu Restaurant was soo good, with so much choice too. The concierge Mr Woody was fantastic, made arrangements for us to view the F1 in a nearby bar and also trips to the park to see the monitor lizards. So polite and friendly. We cannot fault this hotel in any way."
