"Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free..."

"The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here "

"Amenities were good. The service was very good. I liked the restaurant, very convenient. The one downside was that there was construction of some sort in the building, at times where I could hear tapping or even very loud equipment. Also I had difficulty plugging in my wall chargers: there were outlets that did not seem to allow my adapter to fit into the holes, and other outlets which did not work on the last day of our stay for some reason.
