"This large hotel is rather dated in style. It could be a large hotel anywhere in the USA of a standard bland design. We waited two hours to check in. On arrival in the room the safe didn't work nor did the refrigerator but it did have a lovely view, though once again we were allocated this room only after I insisted that this is what we had requested. "Excellent hotel, staff were really helpful and arranged early check in as we arrived at 10am after a 14 hr flight. Breakfast is superb, gym is a little limited space wise but has everything needed for basic workouts. Vitacura area is a 15minute walk away and has plenty of good restaurants, bars and a Duo supermarket for those all important Chilean wines to bring home"
