The party pool is so loud you can here it from every room and i wish the played different music every other day but itnis dance club all day every day. "Barcelo maya was everything we wanted. The beach was absolutely beautiful. But the main reason i chose this resort was for the snorkling right off the beach. It did not dissapoint. "It is a great resort. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and kind. The food was incredible and the entertainment was epic. The only downside was that the beach was small and the whole waterfront was difficult to walk with all of the cabanas, boats and other resorts build so close to the water. However not the fault of the resort just human buildup"

I sent several messages to them before I got a clear answer that there was a front desk clerk 24 hours a day.
