"The home was absolutely gorgeous! It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was so nice to have access to spices and condiments in the fridge. Having access to Sam’s Club for groceries was also great! Easy walk there and cabs ready for the return trip. The 3 king bedrooms were exactly what we needed! "My wife and I stayed here this past weekend. It is great spot and it’s about ten minutes from everywhere you want to go. I would stay here again on an extended stay to go scuba diving by myself. The only complaints came from my wife she complained about seeing some ants and the huge thing there was know hair dryer for her to use.PLEASE IF YOU DONT DO ANYTHING GET A HAIRDRYER FOR THE LADIES.She almost ruined my trip over this one thing so I had to go and buy one.This is a great place for short or...

"The Villa was beautifully appointed with rooms that were spacious. We arranged for Chefs (Jorge and Giovanna)who cooked delicious meals for breakfast lunch and dinner. There were several nooks for privacy, and nearby amenities for outdoor adventures or nightlife. Kitesurfers provided thrills daily. The only significant negative was the sargassum that amassed during the visit. Overall Casa Playa was beatiful and relaxing, with an attentive staff. It's a great place for any family or group."

"The villa was as advertised and communication with Scott was brilliant. The area behind the pool towards the golf course has still water so lots of mosquitoes so recommend deterrents when sat outside as is great to BBQ and sit at night. The resort is fantastic and has a great beach, restaurants and bars. 3 of our group even got a holiday tatoo on site! We hired cars and travelled around the riviera maya and even to Chichen Itza. A great holiday, hope to be back one day! "

"We stayed in this home with family. The home and the location were both fabulous. Shannon, Jeff and the house managers were super attentive, friendly and responsive. They helped plan excursions, chefs and every day needs like shopping. The home was extremely clean and beautiful, just as pictured. The pool and the beach were amazing. The location was perfect and we were close to downtown Cozumel as well as other beautiful beaches. This is hands-down favorite occasions yet. A true paradise!"

"Great place. As advertised. We were careful with gas for hot tub, bill was 145, but we used the hot tub most nights for our kids. Rooms were great, kitchen nice, pool fantastic, right on the beach, also great. Really nice place. There were 14 of us, 8 adults, 6 kids and space was totally fine. Kids ages 3-12"
