"Really enjoyed our stay, checked in & was told the room wasn’t ready, but I notified the reception staff I had upgraded to an early check in, so I was then checked in, had a room on the 8th floor overlooking London, was noisy outside at night with sirens. There were 3 adults in our room, but only 2 cups for tea/coffee. Ample towels & toiletries, beds very comfy and the a/c was a bonus. Would stay again as a convenient location."

"The hotel didn’t have an area to grab a drink and relax. The piano bar should be open every day even if there’s no live music. The staff were wonderful! Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Centrally located so walkable to many areas and restaurants."

The rooms were clean and very high tech with everything controlled from an iPad. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A special shoutout to Rishi, a tall Australian young man who was always helpful and had a big smile on his face! Thank you Rishi - you helped make our stay a wonderful experience. "
