The staff played a key role in making our experience exceptional. Luís, the concierge, went above and beyond to assist us with his extensive knowledge and clear sense of purpose. The W is in a fantastic location! So convenient to tourist & general public transportation. The St James Square Quarter mall has so many great food choices & shops! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location but disappointing to pay £350 (no breakfast rate) for a 2 double bed room and be put around the back with no view. It was ok but for the money I would expect better room location and just ‘more’ .. was left a little flat with the visit therefore probably won’t revisit as there will be better options for the same price in Edinburgh.
