"The location could not be better. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast and the minibar contents were included in the room rate. We received a voucher for a welcome glass of prosecco or coffee and found gifts of wine and coffee waiting for us in the room. When my husband was feeling unwell, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to makeup our room during the hour we were out for lunch. We loved this hotel!"

"As a relatively cheap option, it's good. My room was somewhat noisy during the night, due to noise from the dining room above and poor sound insulation from the window. The bathroom was a little small and dated. But the staff were very nice, breakfast was good, and it met my needs. I'd be open to staying again."

"Unbelievable location and seriously such a nice apartment. All the things you want and low key all the things you need and didn't realize. Super hot, high pressure shower. Full kitchen to do simple stuff. Washer and dryer which you never know you will need. All steps from all the things you want to see and do in Florence. Book it. "
