Location was incredible. Quiet for center of town. Nice breakfast, lots of choice. Our room was small and kind of dark, but the shower was great and everything worked.

Hotel Perseo is a very lovely little hotel located walking distance from nearly all of the hot spots. The difference of this hotel is the very lovely staff, Laura and the others. They always made us feel welcomed and did a few kind things for us to make our trip memorable! Just two note: You will hear the church bell at 7, which is anywhere you go. 2nd: you have to hand in your keys when you leave and pick them up when you come in. It's not a major deal, but just know how it works

An inexpensive solid stay. A little rough and ready but great stay, greay food, great service. Rooms could do with a small make over but over all. If your looking for a stay that doesnt break the bank and is right in the heart of the city. Excellent stay!

The property maintained its original structure and lift that can only hold up to 4 people if no luggages. It is close to the train station, shopping, restaurants and tourist sites. Breakfast is sufficient if you’re not a fussy eater.

Very convenient, a fifteen minute walk from the train station and five minutes from the Duomo. Ten to 15 minute walk to tourist sites, a little longer to Michelangelo Plaza for a great view of the city at sunset. The staff was very friendly and was helpful in every way. Breakfast was a good assortment of juice, fruit, pastries, and coffee.

We stayed in three hotels during our trip to Italy and this was our favorite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was hearty, and the location was perfect: a very easy walk from the train station and just a few steps from the Duomo. It couldn't be a better location! There were only three rooms in our little "cul de sac" and we enjoyed very quiet evenings. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so nice. We met the owner and she was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. Asia and Laura were superb. The staffs’ knowledge and assistance certainly enhanced our stay in Florence. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Strange. Hotel is on 3rd floor of building. Shared lift and stairs with other tenants of the building. Potential for anybody to be wandering around the corridors. Staff are great. Breakfast cold continental only with limited choices which ran out quickly. Tiny little plates and bowls. Cramped. No view apart from dirty alley with homeless sleeping in it. Room clean. Tea and coffee making in room but not restocked. One bottle of water for the entire stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was close to the train station and the Duomo. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Laura, the receptionist was gracious and extremely helpful. Even though the room was mostly soundproof, we were on the street side, and one of the nights was very loud all through the night. Even with earplugs. Besides that, it was very, very nice stay.

Located about 30 seconds from the Duomo and a 15 minute walk from the train makes this an ideal place to stay when visiting Florence. Add the always smiling staff and you have a perfect combination for a pleasant stay.
