"The location could not be better. The check-in process was efficient and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that breakfast and the minibar contents were included in the room rate. We received a voucher for a welcome glass of prosecco or coffee and found gifts of wine and coffee waiting for us in the room. When my husband was feeling unwell, the front desk arranged for housekeeping to makeup our room during the hour we were out for lunch. We loved this hotel!"

"We loved this hotel! It’s on a quiet street only a few minutes walk to everything! The room is large, especially by European standards. We had a whole sitting area and a large bathroom. We were there for 5 nights and could spread out and be comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, lots of healthy choices! The whole hotel looks recently renovated. "We had an excellent stay: we will certainly return, and would recommend the hotel to anyone. It has a wonderful location, with beautiful views of the Arno and the Duomo. The breakfast was very good indeed, with lovely cereals, scrambled eggs, fruit and so on. The staff were charming and helpful. My one criticism would be that the shower was very tricky - the water was either icy or scaldingly hot. All in all, a special and delightful hotel!"
