"We stayed at this hotel twice, once to explore Santiago and then a brief stop back from Patagonia before heading to the coast. Great value, free basic breakfast, clean hotel, good location to walk to main attractions. Some street noise so recommend ear plugs. "

"Clean property, walkable to major tourist sites. Excellent breakfast and hotel arranged for taxi transfer to the airport. There was also a shower and changing room available at the lower level for use prior to departure and they stored our luggage after checking out. Be careful as usual for walking outside the hotel premises."

"When I arrived at the hotel I was feeling disheartened by what I saw…piles of garbage all over. Inside the hotel was clean, and the lady, Hermana (sp) spoke some English, and was so nice. The room was wonderful, and the bed was so comfortable that I was spend my whole holiday in it. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. I usually had a bowl of fruit with cream. Some toast and eggs. The area around the hotel looks very rough, but the people are so kind that it’s impossible to feel uncomfortable. I enjoyed my stay, and will make it a yearly visit "
